    1. Student is provided a 9 digit Purchase Order Number, sometimes referred to as an authorization number, by their counselor. 
    2. The PO number will almost always start with the first 3 numbers being 320 or 321
    3. Student needs 2 separate PO numbers for their tuition and for the bookstore, if they try to use their Tuition PO to purchase books it will not go through.
    4. When ordering online, they will follow all the normal steps to pay with financial aid, however when they get to the step of putting in their student ID#, they will instead need to put in the PO# given to them by the counselor. Putting in their student ID number will lead to a payment failure!


  • LRS


    • LRS student vouchers are sent directly to the bookstore from their counselor, and we tie the funds to their student account. 
    • When checking out online, all they need to do is follow the instructions to pay with their financial aid and if the voucher has been set up, everything should go through seamlessly
