There are a number of settings and options that need to be set up only one time under the Meeting and Recording tabs of your Zoom profile.  These options set the defaults for all meetings that you schedule, saving you time. Individual meeting settings can be adjusted at the time you schedule them.

The changes you make to default settings will save as you go. You can turn most settings on my toggling the button to the right of the setting. If you need to stop mid-way through, you can come back later and finish. If you do not have a Zoom Pro account, you can request one by emailing iethelp@lsua.edu.

To get started:

1. Go to https://lsua.zoom.us.

2. Click Sign-in and sign in with your LSUA credentials.

3. Click Settings from the left column.

4. After clicking Settings, you will see three sub-headings/tabs: Meeting, Recording, Telephone.
